@00:32Unfortunately, the camera I was limited to was the Sony z1u. Decent quality for the price, but pretty much obsolete already.

My first submission to dA's film:

This is a segment from a video shot onboard the National Geographic Endeavour in Antarctica. The video is shot for Lindblad Expeditions (www.expeditions.com)

Shot using a Sony Z1U with various accessories. Edited using Final Cut Pro. Music is from a stock library.

What you see was shot and edited in about 20 hours.

@05:11Simply Amazing  This must have been such a beautiful experience for you.

I'd love to go on a trip like this someday. Was the whole trip only 20 hours, or was this only part of it?

@05:11Thanks! Its a great place indeed. The trip was 12 days, but I was shooting and editing segments each day. The whole video had to be completed by the end of those 12 days, so really each day had to be shot and edited within a 20 hour frame in order to be completed on time. So this was 4 hours shooting, 16 hours editing

@05:10:) ha, thanks a lot. I don't post most of my videos on here, because quite frankly there doesn't seem to be an audience on devart. But I'm glad to be proved wrong.
